9th Annual Maroon and Gold Football festivities

The Maple Mountain Football program celebrated the 9th annual Maroon and Gold Football game by adding an Alumni Flag Football game prior to the Maroon and Gold game.     There was a good turn out of former MMHS players to separate in to two teams based on the year they graduated. The Maple Mountain High School Class of 2017 had one of the largest group of recipients of Athletic Scholarships since the beginning of the school 8 years ago. Garred Blanthorn Receives Prestigious Award

Maple Mountain Football Player Garred Blanthorn received a prestigious scholarship from the Utah Chapter of the National Football Foundation. He and only 13 other players in the state have  received this award.  The scholarship criteria is based on 40% athletic accomplishments, 40% academic achievements, and 20% community service.
